Call for Papers and Presentations

The Organizing Committee of ICV 22 FLAGBERLIN 2007 invites all vexillologists to communicate their intent to give a presentation at the Congress.

The official languages of the ICV 22 FLAGBERLIN 2007 will be English and German, with simultaneous translation between these two languages during the sessions.

Three types of presentation are possible:
1. Lecture (25 minutes, plus 5 minutes for questions and discussion)
2. Short presentation (10 minutes, plus 5 minutes for questions and discussion)
3. Poster-Session (with colours), a new type of presentation for International Congresses of Vexillology, but one which is increasingly common at scientific meetings. All posters will be presented on Pin-Boards (1.2 x 0.8 m), and participants will be able to read the posters during the breaks. During the formal Poster Session (scheduled for Thursday) the authors will answer questions.

Participation in Workshops and Discussions

The Organizing Committee is planning a panel session: "Vexillological Research - Resources of the International Vexillological Community", and a workshop for participating flag manufacturers: "National Technologies and International Impacts".
